The Human Energy Field or Aura

The Aura is the energy field that surrounds and penetrates your physical body. It is sometimes referred to as your energy body. It is a blaze of many colours which are generally not visible to the human eye but can be detected through PIP scanning.

The appearance of your Aura depends on your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. An unhealthy Aura can indicate disease before physical symptoms show themselves. Auras can become damaged and unhealthy through emotional trauma and stress, psychological problems, illness, drug and alcohol abuse etc.

The Chakras

CHAKRA is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel and a chakra is a spinning wheel of energy. There are seven main chakras or energy centres located in your body starting at the base of your spine and going up through to the top of your head. They form part of your energy field. They receive and transmit energy and each is connected and associated with a different zone of the body and each has an associated colour.


The seven major chakras are:

• Crown chakra located at the top of the head.
  The associated colour is white/violet.
  
• Brow chakra located at the centre of the forehead.
  The associated colour is indigo.
  
• Throat chakra located at the throat.
  The associated colour is blue.
  
• Heart chakra located at the centre of the chest.
  The associated colour is green *.
  
• Solar Plexus chakra is located at the solar plexus.
  The associated colour is yellow *.
  
• Sacral chakra located two fingers below the navel.
  The associated colour is orange.
  
• Root or Base chakra located at the base of the spine.
  The associated colour is red.

Chakras influence our emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health. Each chakra affects different parts of the body and almost all illnesses and ailments are caused by poor chakra health.
